All orders shipped to destinations within the EU undergo processing within 24 hours from the time of order, Monday through Thursday. Orders submitted on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday are processed on Monday. We aim to deliver your order within 5-10 business days after the ship date. However, we always strive to expedite the process whenever possible, and many customers receive their cacao in 3 days or less.
For orders placed to destinations outside the EU, there may be potential import duties and/or local taxes applied. In such cases, the customer is responsible for covering all duties and taxes charged upon delivery.
Shipping Cost Variability Clause: We maintain the right to revoke the order if changes in shipping costs occur due to any circumstances. In such an instance, a full refund of the payment will be issued.”
